City of Alexandria, Minnesota – Mobile Centrifuge Use for Dewatering

The City of Alexandria Minnesota was in the interim of upgrading their dewatering Equipment. The City of Alexandria leased a mobile Bargam centrifuge from Fergus Power Pump starting in the winter months of 2008. The Bargam centrifuge was selected for the cities amenities of having a mobile unit that’s insulated with heating and air conditioning along with all-in-one enclosed mobile dewatering plant.

Fergus Power Pump, Inc. setup their mobile Bargam unit and provided consulting, troubleshooting procedures and training to maintain a solids separation of minimum 20 percent solids. The City of Alexandria operated the mobile unit for a two year term with operations five days a week with 10 hour days.
